The Caisse actively participates in its community by providing support to projects in conjunction with other local organizations and institutions, without replacing the various levels of government.

The goal of this Investment Policy is to inform Caisse members and partners as to the nature of its contributions. It also guides the Caisse’s Board of Directors in allocating and managing the financial resources available, including the Community Development Fund, donations and sponsorships.
